We may also receive limited information from website hosting, email, security, analytics, property listing, payment, or other service providers used to operate the website or respond to requests.
Sharing information
PacificWest does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information as needed to operate the website and conduct our business, including to:
- Website hosting, email delivery, file handling, security, analytics, and other service providers that support the website and business operations.

SMS and mobile messaging privacy
If you provide a mobile phone number and consent to receive SMS or text messages from PacificWest, we may use that information to send service-related, tenant-related, scheduling, emergency, or business communications. Message frequency may vary depending on the nature of the communication.
Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except vendors and service providers that help us deliver and support text message communications.
You may opt out of SMS messages according to the instructions provided in the message or by contacting PacificWest at info@pacificwest.cc. Opting out of text messages does not prevent PacificWest from communicating with you by phone, email, mail, or other non-SMS methods where appropriate.
Career applications and resumes
Career application materials are used for recruiting, evaluating qualifications, communicating with applicants, conducting hiring-related administration, and maintaining legally required employment records. Resume attachments and application messages may contain information you choose to include. Applicants should avoid including sensitive information that is not relevant to the position.
Cookies and analytics
This website may use cookies, server logs, and similar technologies to operate the site, maintain security, remember preferences, understand traffic, improve usability, and measure performance. Some third-party services linked or embedded on the website may use their own cookies or tracking technologies under their own privacy policies.
PacificWest does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals. If we offer a cookie preference tool or other privacy control in the future, we will describe how it works in this policy or in the tool itself.
Form security and abuse prevention
Website forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse. Cloudflare may process technical information such as IP address, browser or device characteristics, and interaction signals to provide this security service under its own privacy terms.
PacificWest also applies submission limits using a keyed identifier derived from the request IP address. The rate-limit store receives the derived identifier rather than the raw IP address from PacificWest. We use this information only to secure forms, prevent misuse, monitor delivery capacity, and troubleshoot submission failures.
Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information submitted through the website. No website, email system, or internet transmission is completely secure, so please use care when deciding what information to submit online.
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to respond to requests, provide services, evaluate applications, maintain business records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and protect our rights.
California privacy notice
California residents may have privacy rights under California law, including the right to request access to personal information, request deletion, request correction of inaccurate personal information, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and not be discriminated against for exercising applicable privacy rights. These rights may be subject to legal exceptions.
PacificWest does not sell personal information, does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and does not knowingly sell or share personal information of people under 16 years of age. PacificWest does not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would require a right to limit under California law.

Authorized agents may submit requests on behalf of California residents when legally permitted and when we can verify the agent's authority.
